We use Firebase Authentication (provided by Google) to manage user accounts. Authentication methods include email/password, Google Sign-In, and magic link (passwordless email sign-in). Firebase securely stores authentication tokens and session data.

User-Generated Content

When you use the App, we store data you create or provide, including:

  • Saved plans — kit home plans you bookmark or save for later
  • Quotes — pricing quotes generated for specific kit home configurations, including your name, email, phone number, and site address
  • Blueprint purchases — records of any blueprint documents you purchase

Automatically Collected Information

The App may automatically collect:

  • Device type and operating system version
  • App usage analytics (pages viewed, features used)
  • Crash reports and performance data

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Authenticate your identity and manage your account
  • Save and retrieve your plans, quotes, and purchases
  • Generate and deliver pricing quotes for kit home configurations
  • Send transactional emails (e.g. quote confirmations, purchase receipts)

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Firestore database, Firebase Authentication, and Firebase Storage). Firebase infrastructure is hosted on Google Cloud Platform, with data centres located in Australia and the United States.

We implement security measures including:

  • Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
  • Firebase Security Rules that restrict data access to authenticated users
  • Role-based access controls for administrative functions
  • Secure token-based authentication

5. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services that may collect data:

  • Firebase Authentication (Google) — account management and sign-in
  • Cloud Firestore (Google) — database storage for user data
  • Firebase Storage (Google) — file storage for documents and images

  • Stripe — payment processing for blueprint purchases (we do not store your card details)
  • SendGrid — transactional email delivery
